Network Administrator / System Administrator

The Network Administrator / System Administrator will maintain network and system operations, security, availability, and performance.

Administer routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and access controls; troubleshoot connectivity.
• Configure, patch, monitor, and maintain systems and servers, including logging, backups, and security controls.
• Support network incidents, vulnerability remediation, change control, and documentation.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity and service desk personnel on escalation and service restoration.

• 5 years in network and system administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure administration.
• Hands-on configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and servers such as Windows and Linux.
• Understanding of LANs, WANs, and VPNs.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, user access permissions, and performance tools, with proven troubleshooting skills.

• Security+ certification.

• U.S. citizenship is required for personnel assigned to this contract.
• A role-appropriate, favorably adjudicated background investigation is required before work begins unless the Contracting Officer approves otherwise in writing; most roles require Tier 2.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

• Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding).
