Sagewell is located at 3518 Drawbridge Parkway (inside MedCenter Greensboro) Greensboro, NC 27410 and 723 S Van Buren Road Suite A-4 Eden, NC 27288. The Membership Representative promotes memberships for the medical fitness center and participates in putting on special events, promotions, and assisting in event planning to attract and retain members. Working under direct supervision, this role contributes to the center's growth by engaging with potential members and promoting the benefits of membership. Essential Job Function: Sells center memberships by proactively generating new leads, conducting center tours, responding to phone and email inquiries, and utilizing effective prospecting strategies from various lead sources, leading to increased membership enrollment and revenue. Uses a computerized lead tracking system to ensure accurate and organized management of all inquiries and prospects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the membership sales process. Achieves or surpasses weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals set by the Membership Coordinator and Medical Fitness Director, driving the growth of the center's membership base. Prepares comprehensive and timely sales reports as assigned to track progress and inform decision-making. Participates in local civic organizations, such as the Chamber of Commerce, to establish a strong presence for the center within the community. Assists in developing membership promotional concepts and planning, contributing to successful marketing initiatives that attract new members. Performs other duties as assigned. Education: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree. Experience: Licensure/Certification/Listing: Required: BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
