In this pivotal role, you will be the central force in standardizing, optimizing, accelerating, and scaling content marketing campaigns, driving integrated experimentation, and establishing new benchmarks for excellence. Your work will directly influence customer retention, accelerate operational efficiency through cutting-edge AI and automation, and define the future of customer engagement across diverse digital touchpoints.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Experiment & Scale:**

* Design robust experimentation frameworks to identify high-impact testing opportunities.

* Establish experimentation governance that balances agility, rigor, and business outcomes.

* Develop dashboards to provide real-time campaign performance and experiment results.

* Define measurement standards that directly link owned channel activity to retention outcomes.

* Quantify the impact of strategic initiatives using clear performance metrics.

* **Cross-Functional Partnership & Ownership:**

* Collaborate closely with content marketing teams to align prioritization with leadership goals and artist partnerships.

* Develop and maintain a strategic partnership framework to streamline operations and align objectives.

* Coordinate across measurement, product, and creative teams to accelerate campaign delivery.

* Serve as the primary liaison between content marketing stakeholders and channel leads.

* Drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies across owned marketing and content marketing teams.

* **AI, Automation & Operational Excellence:**

* Automate successful campaigns using AI and automation workflows to free up capacity for further experimentation.

* Scale AI-driven personalization, recommendations, and event-triggered messaging across various owned marketing channels.

* Partner with data science teams on attribution modeling, audience segmentation, and unified measurement frameworks to quantify the retention impact of owned channels.

* Standardize operations through AI-assisted toolkits, streamlined intake processes, and repeatable workflows to reduce setup time.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Bachelor's degree.

* 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy with a strong focus on experimentation and test-and-learn programs.

* Proven track record in designing A/B and incrementality testing that connects channel activity to business outcomes.

* Experience building or managing automation solutions (e.g., triggered campaigns, dynamic creative, personalized customer journeys).

* Background in marketing operations, including process design, intake management, and cross-functional coordination.

* Strong measurement foundation with the ability to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and translate results into strategic recommendations.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for senior stakeholders.

* Familiarity with marketing automation systems and workflow design.

* Proficiency with Airtable.

* Experience with experimental tools and paid media tools.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience developing channel strategy across various owned marketing channels (e.g., email, notifications, in-platform messaging, digital storefronts).

* Background in subscription, retention, or lifecycle marketing.

* Experience in marketing operations or campaign operations at scale.

* Experience in the music, entertainment, or media industries.

* Experience in large-scale technology environments.

* Understanding of owned marketing channels and platform optimization strategies.

* Familiarity with go-to-market campaign execution.

Candidates with solely B2B marketing experience will not be considered for this role.
