UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Manager of Data Analytics to lead a team of data analysts supporting the Consumer Operations Vital and Experience Hub (COVE). COVE monitors consumer experience, provider experience, and core operational experiences, enabling early detection of issues and data driven decision making across lines of business. This role reports to the Associate Director of Data Analytics and is responsible for day to day people leadership, delivery management, and analytic execution The Manager of Data Analytics supports the Associate Director in ensuring that analytic strategy and technology advancement is executed consistently and effectively through high-quality reporting, insights, and analytics. This role balances hands-on analytical leadership with coaching, prioritization, and stakeholder management. In addition, this role helps bring maturity to COVE analytics capabilities, ensuring the data team delivers tools and resources to detect and research critical issues and to deliver high-impact insights across the organization. This position is hybrid, with a minimum of 4 days per week in office at the 9700 Building in Minnetonka, MN. Primary Responsibilities: People Leadership & Team Management

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
