• Build strong, trustedadvisor relationships with customers and act as their onestop shop by advising, qualifying, and confirming shipment requirements-including regulations, certificates, and documentation
• Prepare accurate and profitable quotations, manage the full offer process, and recommend optimal endtoend logistics solutions
• Plan and coordinate daytoday international import and export operations across air, ocean, and surface transport, including order review, documentation handling, brokerage, and customsentry processing
• Monitor shipment progress through proactive tracking and tracing, identify and resolve delays or issues, and ensure timely communication with customers, agents, and partners.
• Manage all operational data entry, billing, and invoicing activities to ensure financial accuracy, including adherence to customer SOPs, AIT KPIs, regulatory requirements, and endofmonth deadlines
• Coordinate recovery and delivery schedules with cartage agents and international partners, while collaborating with sales teams on service updates and customer needs
• Maintain compliant documentation, support continuous process improvement, and ensure workflows are optimized and aligned with internal guidelines
• Participate in continuous learning, support onboarding and crosstraining of new team members, and perform additional duties as business needs require

• 2 - 5 years applied on the job and industry experience
• CargoWise software experience a plus
• Customer Focus: knowing the customer business needs and acting accordingly; proactively addresses customer concerns
• Professional level oral & written English language skills
• Problem Solving: Having the ability to identify problems and issues of varying complexities and find effective solutions, considering multiple sides of an issue
• Attention to Detail: Ensures one's own work are complete and accurate; monitors the quality of work, verifies information
• Knowledge of raising and discharging of T1's would be an advantage
