They drive architectural decisions, mentor team members, and partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic, high-impact solutions. About the role: Architecture, Development & Integration Lead design and implementation of API development and integration to enable secure, highperformance data exchange across systems. Drive development of complex serverside logic and services using scalable, maintainable patterns. Collaborate with engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders to define technical strategies and deliver innovative solutions. Translate highlevel business objectives into technical roadmaps aligned to organizational goals. Security, Quality, Operations & Documentation Enforce security and compliance measures to protect sensitive data and mitigate risk. Own testing strategy and quality assurance processes to ensure robust, reliable systems. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and deployment guidelines. Monitor and proactively optimize system performance; resolve complex issues and ensure adherence to SLAs. Planning, Delivery & People Leadership Provide project estimates and lead planning efforts to sequence work for ontime, highquality delivery. Provide daytoday leadership providing coaching, development, and performance management. Requirements * 6 years relevant experience required. Experience with programming languages commonly used in backend development (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Node.js) required. Supervisory experience preferred. Education Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
