Position Purpose
The EOATIX Intake and Resolutions Manager is responsible for initial intake for all incoming reports and complaints under the Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct Policy ( SMP) and the Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy ( NDAP). In addition, this position will assist in reviewing reports made under bias reporting or in relation to issues involving the protection of minors policy. This individual will work closely with the Director of Title IX & EO Services, Sr. Deputy Title IX Coordinator, Title IX Coordinator, and ADA/504 Coordinator to oversee and coordinate resolution processes for the office. The EOATIX Case Manager may also assist with assignment and tracking the completions of EOATIX required trainings for staff, faculty, and graduate students.

Key Accountabilities


Description
Intake Management

  • Conduct intake meetings for reports and complaints of harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation under the Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct Policy (SMP) and the Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy (NDAP) as well as bias reports and reports involving protections of minors. This includes assisting with intake reports of discrimination under the ADA/504.
  • Respond to all referrals from Responsible Employees and DROS under Dartmouth EOATIX policies by providing approriate outreach, information on rights and responsibilities, and an invitation to meet.
  • Coordinate with campus partners to provide supportive and interim measures and referrals to additional resources, including confidential resources.
  • Knowledge of applicable policies, regulations, and legal requirements.

Resolutions Coordination

  • Establish and maintain clear, consistent methods for case and hearing coordination.
  • Draft letters, coordinate hearing panels, and manage confidential files relating to form resolution procedures.
  • Schedule and manage hearing process.
  • Track progress of all cases and adhere to established procedural timelines and updates stakeholders as needed.

Description
Case Management System, Reports, and Assessments

  • Provide support for the case management system.
  • Assemble documentation form multiple sources and assist in preparing comprehensive and accurate annual reports and compliance reports for federal agencies by prescribed deadlines.
  • Assist with all data reporting and analytical report creation in the case management system.
  • Support Training Coordination and Recordkeeping.
  • Provide support to EOATIX initiatives as needed.
