Essential Functions & Responsibilities Program Manager, Digital Transformation Office The Program Manager, Digital Transformation Office (DTO) plays a crucial role in Arcwood's digital transformation roadmap, overseeing complex, cross-functional technical projects and overarching programs for the DTO. The DTO Program Manager is responsible for bridging the gap between IT/Digital and business goals by driving planning, execution, and delivery from concept to launch, managing risks, resources, and communication, and supporting the establishment and execution of scalable processes within the DTO framework to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Location: This position is based in our Indianapolis corporate office, we offer a hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. They define project scope, timelines, and technical requirements, acting as a central communication hub to resolve blockers, track progress, and ensure high-quality outcomes for business-driven digital/technology initiatives.
Education - Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field (required)
- Master's degree (preferred) - PMP, PgMP and/or Scrum Master certifications (preferred) Experience
