About the Role

As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will serve as a trusted partner to clients by delivering personalized financial guidance and wealth management solutions aligned to their goals. You will conduct comprehensive financial assessments, develop tailored recommendations, and help clients implement strategies that support their long-term financial well-being. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused advisor who brings strong financial acumen, a client-first mindset, and a commitment to ethical, transparent service.

What You'll Do



  • Provide comprehensive investment advice, including recommendations on asset allocation, investment strategies, and specific products.
  • Build and deepen client relationships through consultative conversations that uncover financial needs and goals.
  • Develop personalized financial plans that reflect each client's objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
  • Conduct annual reviews and ongoing portfolio discussions to keep plans aligned with evolving client needs.
  • Maintain required industry licenses and remain current on compliance requirements, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
  • Communicate clearly and transparently with clients regarding financial strategies, fees, and performance.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment and support broader departmental and organizational goals.



Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Specialized knowledge of the securities industry.
  • Active licenses and registrations required to provide financial services, including Series 7, Series 65 or 66, and New York State Life and Health Insurance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office technology.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, or in a similar advisory role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and financial planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
