SEI Investments Company is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Legal, Compliance, Corporate Development, and Risk Department in a Director, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Transactions capacity. This role is designed for a mid-level legal professional with strong strategic transactional expertise who can deliver practical, business-oriented, effective and efficient legal services, while supporting SEI's strategic growth initiatives. The position will work closely with the Corporate Development and Ventures teams and focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, and other strategic transactions across SEI's global organization. This attorney will report to the Managing Director - Corporate Governance, M&A and Strategic Transactions attorney. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
