Description

Leads full-cycle recruiting for professional exempt roles, with a strong emphasis on passive talent strategies and talent advising. Partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber talent while strengthening the organization's employee value proposition (EVP) and employer brand. As a trusted advisor, brings market insight, sourcing expertise, and consultative guidance to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent aligned with business needs and culture.

Job Responsibilities



  1. Owns the full-cycle recruiting process for professional exempt roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
  2. Partners with hiring managers to develop effective candidate sourcing strategies that attract ideal candidates, including direct sourcing, referrals, or external partners.
  3. Creates applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting and promoting job openings.
  4. Evaluates applications, reviews resumes, completes phone screens, and conducts interviews to determine candidate fit.
  5. Supports employee value proposition branding, campus and outreach recruiting, and internal key talent projects.
  6. Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  7. Tracks recruiting metrics and uses data to improve sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
  8. Performs other duties as required.


Job Skills Requirements



  • Demonstrated success leveraging enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting/job posting platforms
  • Strong organization and time management/project management skills necessary to prioritize and manage a requisition load alongside other projects
  • Demonstrated success recruiting passive candidates and filling hard-to-find skill sets
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers
  • Exhibits sound judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential situations and information
  • Proven ability to work independently and apply fact-based decision making


Education Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field.


Experience Requirements



  • Three years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
