What you will do-

We're looking for an experienced analyst to join our team in support of our growing businesses. This new role will be for a systems savvy analyst who is comfortable working in multiple systems to find the right data and build new analytical tools. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can dig into the data and create visuals with insightful information that can help drive the business, this is the role for you!

How will you do it-



  • Generate and improve on weekly/ monthly sales operations reporting and analysis to provide insight on sales performance to plan, key product, regional results and business line trending and results.
  • Utilize Power BI and Excel to create dashboards supporting visual management of sales opportunities and forecasts
  • Support the Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) process with visuals, tools and analytics that drive insight and decision making for the business.
  • Mature the Microsoft D365 CRM implementation to provide further insightful data and reporting to the Sales team and leadership
  • Support Short-Term and Long-Range Planning by determining expected customer demand, timing, prioritization and providing key inputs
  • Manage and consolidate regional input data, provide recommendations to Commercial leadership and report to Finance annual revenue planning information.
  • Develop sophisticated analytical models and synthesize outputs to present information that leads to actionable insight
  • Implement sales operations best practices to support the expected growth of the business
  • Calculate quarterly and annual sales incentive awards in collaboration with Finance and HR
  • Manage commission calculations and payments for external sales consultant team



Why you are right for the job-



  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 5 + years of relevant analyst and reporting experience preferred or 8 + years of relevant experience for non-quantitative degree.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential including ability to successfully execute on knowledge of v-lookups, pivot tables and other advanced excel functions.
  • Exceptional analytical, modeling and critical thinking skills
  • Highly capable of analyzing and interpreting business data, translating into actionable steps, and communicating clearly across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with improving the user experience with business systems
  • Must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a broad spectrum of internal employees and functions including all levels of management.
  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic environment, to think creatively and to be able to recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.

Expected Compensation: Between $115,000 and $130,000 USD/year based on experience. Yearly bonus eligibility.
