Scope of Role

This role is part of the SIOP Center of Excellence with a dotted-line relationship to the Commercial Business Insights function within the Commercial Excellence team at Regal Rexnord. Commercial Excellence is responsible for delivering best-in-class capabilities across Commercial Analytics, Sales Strategy & Deployment, SIOP, Pricing Operations, and CRM Management to support Regal Rexnord's commercial growth objectives.

The BI Analyst III - SIOP & Demand Insights plays a critical role in enabling effective monthly SIOP reviews by ensuring high-quality data, clear visibility to demand enrichments, and actionable insights for Demand Managers, divisional leadership, and SIOP stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role, based out of Milwaukee, WI

This role partners closely with divisional Demand Managers, Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Operations to support the demand planning and enrichment process, create and maintain standardized SIOP reporting, and translate complex datasets into clear insights that improve decision-making. The position is based in Milwaukee, WI and requires strong analytical capability combined with business process orientation.

Major Responsibilities

SIOP Reporting & Analytics Enablement

  • Create, maintain, and enhance standardized SIOP dashboards and reporting packages used in monthly demand reviews, enrichment reviews, and executive SIOP forums

  • Ensure reporting accurately reflects baseline demand, enrichments, and forecast changes, with clear visibility to deltas, drivers, risks, and opportunities

  • Support data readiness and validation for the monthly SIOP cadence, ensuring consistency with SIOP definitions and governance standards

Demand Enrichment Support

  • Support the demand enrichment process, including project-based demand, one-time events, and manual forecast adjustments

  • Develop reporting that clearly distinguishes baseline forecasts from enrichment impacts and shows time-phased effects

  • Partner with divisional Demand Managers to validate enrichment assumptions and investigate variances

  • Provide insights into enrichment trends, volatility, and downstream implications

Demand Manager Insights & Decision Support

  • Serve as a primary analytics support resource for divisional Demand Managers

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and performance drivers

  • Translate analytics into actionable insights for SIOP discussions

Business Intelligence Development & Enablement

  • Collaborate with business and IT partners to design and deploy BI solutions aligned to SIOP needs

  • Create effective visualizations using Power BI

  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of BI solutions

Process Improvement & Data Governance

  • Drive automation and continuous improvement of SIOP analytics

  • Support data governance, modeling, and documentation

  • Partner with Sales Excellence on Salesforce project funnel hygiene

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI required; certifications preferred

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally

  • Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently

  • Must demonstrate agility and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting SIOP, demand planning, or forecasting processes

  • Experience with commercial or sales data

  • Salesforce, SQL, and advanced Excel experience

  • Knowledge of data warehousing and modeling best practices
