Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, UNC Charlotte, is recruiting a Benefits Consultant Generalist to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a hybrid opportunity. About this role: This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting employees across the full employment lifecycle-from onboarding through retirement. The Benefits Consultant Generalist steps into a high-impact, high-variety environment, providing critical coverage across leave administration, retirement counseling, and onboarding/offboarding support. If you're someone who enjoys owning complex cases, navigating nuanced policies, and being a trusted resource for employees during pivotal life moments, this role offers both breadth and depth. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely, compliant, and people-centered benefits support in a fast-paced university environment serving more than 4,000 employees.
