Overview

The CV Operations Administrator provides administrative and operational support for CV production activities, partnering closely with the CV Production Management team to coordinate daily tasks and workflow needs. This role helps track and resolve production issues, supports accurate processing in required systems and tools, and assists with documentation and follow-up to keep work moving efficiently. The CV Operations Administrator communicates with internal teams and, as needed, external contacts to ensure client requirements are met and high-quality deliverables are returned on time. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage both high-level priorities and detailed execution, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, AI tools (including Copilot), and Power Automate.



Responsibilities

    Regularly meets with the CV management team for status review and proactively resolve production concerns.
  • The CV Admin will learn the details of our appeal assigning process and assist the management team with balancing and assigning work daily to ensure workflow is as efficient as possible.
  • Uses CV reporting resources such as Tableau, Power Automate, and MicroStrategy to deliver the most up-to-date data for the CV management team. Builds and maintains strong working relationships with assigned networks to support effective collaboration between the management teams within the CV department, as well as other teams outside of the CV department but within Cotiviti.
  • Participates in meetings and ensures that accurate notes are taken and saved for review.
  • Maintains job aids and training documents.
  • Serves as a SME for process workflows on key clients.
  • Completes daily tactical work assignments to assist the CV management team to meet or exceed client SLAs.
  • Opens and tracks service tickets as needed.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years related claim handling experience or related claim billing/processing experience required.
  • Must possess demonstrated intermediate skills with MS Excel including but not limited to vlookup, functions, and file linking. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Visio, Power Point) is also required.
  • AI tools (such as Copilot) and Power Automate skills preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in person as well as with remote and international resources.
  • Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.

Base compensation ranges from $23.25 to $28.00 per hour. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Nonexempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week, or as otherwise required by applicable state law.
