Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and develop software development teams delivering enterprise and platform solutions
  • Own delivery outcomes: planning, commitments, execution, and risk management
  • Partner closely with leaders across the business
  • Ensure high development quality through strong design practices, testing discipline, and code reviews
  • Help teams modernize systems while maintaining business continuity
  • Coach developers and tech leads through clear expectations, feedback, and career development
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery predictability, reliability, and team health
  • Communicate clearly upward on status, risks, and tradeoffs


Qualifications & Skills



  • Skill evaluation: Behavioral (80%)
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience
  • 3+ years in an engineering management or technical leadership role
  • 5-10 years project management experience required
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices and architecture
  • Experience delivering and supporting production systems in complex environments
  • Proven ability to build accountable, motivated, and highperforming teams
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making logical decisions
  • Clear, professional communicator with business and technical stakeholders
