Job Summary Hitachi Americas is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to serve as the Director of Solutions Marketing. This senior-level role is critical in articulating and promoting Hitachi's cross-portfolio solutions across Energy, Mobility, Industrial, and Digital sectors. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Hitachi Americas, the Director will shape and communicate Hitachi's innovation and societal value to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in marketing complex digital and AI-driven solutions that span physical and digital domains. This role requires exceptional matrix management skills, collaboration across Hitachi group companies, and a deep understanding of modern software solutions, industrial AI, and IT-OT data integration. Knowledge of Hitachi's key industry verticals, such as Energy, Mobility, and Industrial Products, is highly desirable.
