About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

The Business and Experience Strategist is part of our Customer Experience and Design practice - a team that brings together business, design, and technology to deliver transformative outcomes for our most strategic customers. In this role, you will define the strategy behind what we build and why it matters, guiding teams from problem framing all the way through to a realized vision. With Agentforce woven into everything we do, you will help customers move beyond the screen to intelligent, omni-channel experiences that drive measurable business value.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Lead executive-level workshops and stakeholder engagements to align on experience strategy, success criteria, and a clear path forward - from minimum viable product (MVP) through long-term roadmap.
Define where artificial intelligence (AI) agents can autonomously solve customer needs and where human judgment layers are required, bridging traditional delivery with agentic roadmaps.
Connect business landscape analysis and industry expertise to experience opportunities, tying customer and employee journeys to measurable business outcomes.
Visualize and prototype ideas - from high-fidelity user experience (UX) flows to conversational agent journeys - and partner with Agentic Experience and UX teams to bring the vision to life.

You're Our Person If...

You have 10+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver user-centered products, with a proven ability to build and sustain experience strategy across competing priorities.
You can build trusted relationships with senior executives, influence priorities across business stakeholders, and communicate complex ideas clearly in both written and verbal form.
You bring strong business acumen across strategy, design thinking, and agile/experimentation methods, with deep expertise in at least one industry.
You have a foundational understanding of Salesforce composable architecture, Data Cloud, and Agentforce, and can translate those capabilities into business outcomes.

Even Better If...

You have experience with Salesforce Headless 360 or Composable Storefront and can articulate how a unified data layer enables headless AI agents to act with context across any channel.
You have led large, matrixed programs spanning front-end developers, designers, writers, and strategists.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what's possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.
