Plus $2 / hour Shift Premium for 3rd shift hours

Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our Production Team. In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, helping to keep our production lines running smoothly. You'll handle machine setups, troubleshoot equipment, and make sure our products are packaged to perfection. We're looking for someone who's ready to learn, share their skills, and commit to safety and quality.

  • Set up machines, switch between products, and operate equipment
  • Check printed codes and labels to ensure they're clear and accurate
  • Troubleshoot and fix minor issues to avoid delays and reduce waste
  • Help train new team members and those transferring to the department
  • Enter accurate production data into our systems
  • Keep your work area clean and tidy with daily and weekly cleanup duties
  • Communicate clearly with team members and other departments
  • Follow our attendance policy and bring your best to work each day
  • Practice good hygiene and keep your workspace organized
  • Stay committed to personal and team safety, as well as the safety of our products
