*About the Role* We are seeking a detail-oriented *Provider Demographic Coordinator* to support the accurate maintenance and entry of provider information across multiple systems. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data for *claims processing, provider networks, and regulatory reporting*, directly impacting both members and providers.
This is a great opportunity for someone with healthcare administrative or insurance experience who enjoys working with data and collaborating across teams. *Key Responsibilities* * Accurately enter and maintain provider demographic data in systems such as *COPIS, HealthRules, COSMOS/NDB, and Symfact* * *Review and update provider records to ensure accuracy and completeness* * *Interpret and translate demographic requests into properly formatted system entries* * *Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and consistency* * *Identify and communicate potential downstream impacts of data changes* * *Maintain documentation of processes, policies, and updates* * *Support quality control and meet production and accuracy standards* * *Assist with training and serve as a resource for demographic transactions (as experience grows)* *Day-to-Day Environment* * Work within a *production-based environment* with defined performance expectations * Manage shifting priorities and deadlines * Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization * Focus on accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail *Required Qualifications* * Associate's degree or equivalent work experience * 1+ year of *administrative or data entry experience* * *Strong attention to detail and accuracy* * *Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)* * *Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* * *Strong communication and collaboration skills* *Schedule* * Core hours: *9:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST* * *Full-time, 8-hour shift required (must overlap core hours)* *Work Location* * Fully remote (must reside in one of the following states): * AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minnetonka, MN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
