*Job Description*
* Majority of their job entails doing escrow and HMDA servicing * Will be responsible for booking loans into the system * Opening accounts on the loan side and it is more complicated than typical home mortgages * There are 43 different data points that they have to report to the government on certain loans * Have to go through the file, collect information, prove where they found the information, build a packet and enter it into the system * This is a heavily audited role and requires meticulous work * Will be assisting with Escrow servicing * Will be paying insurance and real estate taxes, monitor reporting, and scrubbing the data to make sure the analysis works every time *Qualifications* * 1+ years of prior banking experience (i.e., customer care role in a bank/credit union, loan servicing specialist, etc.) * Basic understanding of applicable bank regulations (HMDA, RESPA, TRID, Reg B as applicable) * Someone who can critically think and/or problem solve on their own (i.e. using their own materials) * Someone who is detail oriented, has had to work in an environment that is highly detailed and accuracy standards *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
