About the Role We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Order Management Associate to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal partners, ensuring a seamless order management experience from order entry through fulfillment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work. Monday-Friday \| 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)k. Key Responsibilities * Accurately enter and validate customer orders within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Syteline, etc.) * Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and resolve discrepancies or exceptions * Process all customer orders within a 48-hour turnaround time * Monitor and manage order updates, revisions, cancellations, and credits * Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, confirmations, and related records * Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, products, and services * Handle customer inquiries related to returns, exchanges, RMAs, and order modifications * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, planning, shipping, logistics, sales, and finance * Support dealer network inquiries (no direct consumer interaction) * Participate in a structured 45-60 day training program before entering phone queue responsibilities Day-to-Day Work Environment * Utilize ERP systems daily to manage order workflows * Partner closely with manufacturing teams across shipping, planning, and production * Handle inbound customer calls through a queue system after training * Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and service Required Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in order management and customer service * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Syteline, or similar) * Experience* in manufacturing environment* strongly preferred * Experience working with order entry, billing, credit, warehouse, shipping, purchasing, and planning processes * Familiarity with customer POs, RMAs, and tracking information * Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * High school diploma or equivalent Why Join Us Opportunity to join a large, well-established organization * Supportive, close-knit team environment (~25 team members)* * Strong potential for contract extension and long-term growth* * Exposure to cross-functional teams and manufacturing operations* * Flexible, hybrid work schedule* Work Environment & Culture * Hybrid model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (Wednesdays required onsite) * Standard office environment with collaborative team culture * "Dress for your day" workplace * Occasional weekend work may be required Make an Impact In this role, you will be a key part of delivering a first-class customer experience, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting business operations across the organization.
