About the Role We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a growing healthcare team. In this role, you will support members and providers by responding to inquiries related to health insurance benefits, claims, and eligibility. Onsite Role Contract-to-Hire Shifts Available: Between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts) Key Responsibilities * Handle 50-60 inbound calls per day from members and healthcare providers * Assist with inquiries related to claims, benefits, and eligibility * Navigate multiple systems to research and provide accurate information * Document all interactions clearly and efficiently * Deliver professional, empathetic, and timely customer support * Resolve issues while meeting internal quality and service standards Work Environment * Fully onsite role (hybrid may be considered after 90 days based on performance) * Call center setting with structured workflows Schedule & Training * Training (first 3 weeks): * 30 hours per week * Shift assigned during first week of training * Post-training schedule: * 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM * Candidates must be flexible to work any shift within this timeframe Required Qualifications * 1+ year of recent call center customer service experience * Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems * Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel) * High level of professionalism and attention to detail Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
