Company ArchWell Health is a senior-focused, value-based primary care platform serving adults age 60+ through a fully employed, clinic-based medical group model. The company was founded in 2020 by Carl Whitmer and Triple Aim Partners, opened its first centers in 2021, and quickly scaled into one of the leading de novo senior primary care platforms in the market, now operating 100 centers across 14 states with 300+ primary care providers supporting its growing footprint. The business has been built entirely through de novo expansion rather than M&A and is structured around full-risk, value-based care. ArchWell partners with payers across Medicare Advantage and related arrangements, managing approximately 80,000 full-risk lives through a high-touch model focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and disciplined medical-cost management. Unlike affiliate-based physician networks or diversified provider organizations, ArchWell is a pure-play senior primary care operator: senior only, fully employed, and centered on 4-wall clinic execution. They combine a quality, outcome and relationship-driven care model with the rigor of risk-bearing economics, creating a business where member satisfaction, clinical alignment and operational performance are tightly linked. Opportunity for Impact Medicare Advantage enrollment continues to grow, and payers remain highly focused on partners that can manage senior populations effectively through value-based primary care. Senior-focused clinic models sit at the center of that opportunity, particularly those that can pair strong patient engagement with disciplined local-market execution and total-cost-of-care management. ArchWell has already reached meaningful scale and is now in the phase where the opportunity shifts from initial build to operational refinement. The next chapter is about improving consistency across markets, accelerating center ramp, strengthening unit economics, and ensuring the platform can continue to grow without losing the strengths that made it successful in the first place. The COO will play an integral role in helping ArchWell turn scale into a more unified, repeatable operating system. This is an opportunity to shape how the company matures across markets, builds greater accountability, and continues to strengthen the connection between clinic performance and enterprise value. Roles & Responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer will lead field and central operations across ArchWell's multisite platform. The COO, in partnership with clinical leadership, will own day-to-day operating performance, help scale the infrastructure needed for continued de novo growth, and drive consistency across markets. Partnering closely with the President of the Medical Group and Chief Clinical Officer in a dyad model to align operations, care delivery, and performance priorities, the COO will:
