We're looking to add an Associate Fixed Cost Analyst to our growing team here in Charleston, SC. The Fixed Cost Analyst generates savings for our clients by finding and eliminating unneeded services. This position works as part of a review team processing and verifying all service agreements, vendor invoices, audit documentation, as well as general account analysis.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Audit vendor invoices for compliance with existing contracts
  • Recommend service optimization based on key performance indicators
  • Assist Documentation Analysts with vendor requests
  • Create detailed and accurate reporting for clients and senior leadership
  • Support negotiators by calculating the benefits of pricing proposals
  • Review and edit service agreements to ensure required terms and rates are achieved
  • Accurately maintains systems and records based on company policies and procedures
  • Create validation reports to prove accomplished savings to clients
  • Regularly contributes ideas for operational improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; candidates with other relevant majors and strong analytical skills will also be considered.
  • Experience in auditing, accounting, finance, or other analytical roles preferred.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems with limited oversight or assistance.
  • Naturally inquisitive and investigative, with a strong interest in identifying issues and uncovering opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Working knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and the ability to leverage technology to improve analysis and productivity.
  • Experience or familiarity with the waste and recycling industry is preferred but not required.
  • Must be based in Charleston, SC

Physical Demands
