Job DescriptionPrimary Location: El Paso, TexasBrand Manager - ALC: Overall responsibility for all brand development for defined suppliers. Strategizes with suppliers to create business plans within the markets served. Prepares and present periodic business reviews to senior management, sales meetings, and customers. Ensures correct product pricing at retail customers. Oversees banner room employees & ensure all orders are being met & delivered on time. Demonstrates marketing through leadership and market execution. Reviews and evaluates all product proposals from any new or existing suppliers. Manages all products reporting as directed by senior staff. Manages media responsibilities such as buying, merchandising, posting etc. Manages all product suppliers as it relates to negotiation, communication, and execution by sales teams. Implements "AOP" fully according to plan throughout the year. Evaluates performance of existing system brands. Participates in the decision to eliminate and add brands within the portfolio. Develops and implement product portfolio promotions across the company to include projected costs and return on in- vestment and co-op arrangements. Conducts research as required to make quality decisions for brands and the company. Leads the creation and execution of all coupon activity. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Manages and oversees employees in the printshop or over sampling teams. QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts and apply concepts such as fractions and percentages. REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
