Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, motivated leader who directs, develops, and leads sales strategy and processes to drive revenue growth in line with Voith's financial and overall objectives in North America. The Sales Director - Fabric and Roll Systems is responsible for leading and executing the commercial strategy for Voith Paper Fabric and Roll Systems within the assigned region or market segment. This person in this role is expected to build effective sales and support teams through recruiting, mentoring and development with the goal of understanding market needs to provide a differentiated experience to our valued customers. The position requires a strategic thinking, self-starting individual who can interact with varying personal backgrounds, abilities, and educational levels in both a business and social environment within our target market. The person must be willing to travel and drive profitable growth by driving new, as well as maintain existing internal and external business relationships to strengthen Voith's position as a trusted partner through customer-focused, value-added solutions while reinforcing the One Voith approach. Must be able to communicate clearly and be an exceptional listener. Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements Employees in this position are regularly required to walk, stand and use their hands. They are frequently required to reach with hands and arms. They are occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear and regularly required to lift 10 pounds and occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
