The Lead Analyst, OT Infrastructure & Compliance is responsible for supporting and operating AES US Renewables OT infrastructure environments with a focus on system reliability, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. This role provides advanced technical support for datacenter and virtualization platforms and supports NERC CIP compliance activities and patch and vulnerability management across NERCrated environments. The position requires strong technical depth, disciplined documentation practices, and the ability to work independently on complex infrastructure and compliancedriven initiatives while collaborating across IT, OT, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams.
