Your Job Our PhillipsMedisize global commercial team is hiring for a Senior Director, Business Development - Global In Vitro Diagnostics & Life Sciences. This role will provide strategic, enterpriselevel leadership for one of the most important and rapidly growing global accounts in the business. The Senior Director will be accountable for driving profitable, sustainable growth by setting and executing global account strategy, shaping longterm commercial roadmaps, and leading a highperforming team focused on expanding revenue, margin, and customer partnerships. This leader will serve as the primary executive interface between PhillipsMedisize and the customer, ensuring alignment across commercial, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders. This is a remote role based in the United States with global responsibility, requiring travel throughout the U.S. and internationally to engage internal teams and external customers. Preference for this role is in southern Wisconsin or the northern Chicago area. Our Team Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is an endtoend provider of design, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and medical device industries. For this role, we anticipate paying $200,000 - $250,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
