Summer Intern - Space Management & Project Support Be You. At Duke, we celebrate individuality, curiosity, and the desire to learn by doing. As a Summer Intern - Space Management & Project Support, you'll join a collaborative healthcare facilities team where your academic interests, skills, and fresh perspective are valued. This paid summer internship is designed for nonDuke students currently enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, or graduate program who are eager to gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations, space management, and project delivery.
Interns are placed into one of three pathways aligned with their background, interests, and career goals, providing meaningful exposure while working alongside experienced professionals in a complex healthcare environment.
Be Bold. This role offers an opportunity to explore how large-scale healthcare facilities are planned, managed, and delivered-while contributing to real projects that support patient care and organizational efficiency.

Pathway 2: Space Management - Modeling & Drafting Technician Intern
