Responsible for monitoring multiple large-scale program activities, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Facilitates communication across departments, monitors program timelines, and supports project implementation to enhance program effectiveness. Tracks and ensures the schedule, budget, and details of various project and program tasks are well organized. Analyzes data, prepares reports, and provides regular updates to program leadership. Identifies and escalates issues and risks and recommends solutions. Leads and provides guidance and support to other administrative team members.

-Assigns and monitors resources effectively to boost program efficiency and maximize deliverables.

- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

The Center for Academic Development and Enrichment (CADE) serves as a central resource hub promoting excellence, engagement, professional growth, mentorship, and work-life integration. CADE is composed of three main pillars: the Office for Research Careers, the Office for Clinical Careers, and the Office for Academic Engagement and Enrichment. Each pillar encompasses several specialized divisions dedicated to faculty, trainees, and students. All initiatives are data-driven and designed to create measurable and sustainable improvements in access, opportunity, fairness, engagement, and

career development. Reporting to the Administrative Director for the Research Oversight Committee and CADE's Office for Research Careers, and in consultation with the Faculty Directors of ORC and the Graduate Student and Postdoc Division, the senior program coordinator is responsible for high-level project management and analytical support for the ORC and the other CADE offices as needed. This position will help the ORC meet its goals of supporting the career development of research faculty and trainees in their research

careers. This role is pivotal in designing and managing programs, ensuring continuous improvement through data evaluation, and fostering partnerships within the Mass General Brigham community and across affiliated institutions.

  • Act as the ORC point of contact for day-to-day administrative matters.
  • Act as the point of contact for the postdoctoral associations across MGB.
  • Manage timelines and logistics for multiple career development programs and events. Assist with program planning and logistics for programs such as the Postdoc Retreat and all MGB Postdoc Association events and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to support and evaluate research training initiatives and analyze program effectiveness to inform strategic planning.
  • Take lead role in developing digital content and maintain websites for research trainings and programs.
  • Work with CADE administrative leadership to develop appropriate marketing and
  • communications to reach the MGB research community.
  • Maintain program records and documentation
  • Develop surveys for the office's constituents, in collaboration with the CADE Data Analytics Core
  • Organize meetings and distribute information to keep the team on track.
  • Coordinate cross-institutional partnerships to expand training opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
