Pay Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:(2nd Shift | 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM | Monday - Friday) (3rd Shift | 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM | Sunday - Thursday)

Gear Up and Get Going

• Education: A Diploma or GED gets you in the door.
• Experience: Previous lead experience (food manufacturing experience preferred).
• Physical Ability: Stand, bend, twist, lift (up to) 40 lbs. + Steel-toes.

Your Shift on the Floor

• Supervise and guide team members on the assigned production line to meet daily goals.
• Coordinate the setup, operation, and changeover of packaging machines and lines.
• Monitor production performance to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to schedules.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Communicate production goals and updates to team members and leadership.
• Address and troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues; escalate as needed.
• Train team members on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and GMPs.
• Maintain a clean and organized line by ensuring housekeeping and 5S standards are followed.
• Document production metrics, downtime, and any incidents accurately.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.
