Your Opportunity

The Supply Chain team is looking for motivated professionals to facilitate the distribution of our great products to customers and consumers. These personnel can analyze production metrics against market needs in Supply & Demand Planning, focus on product transportation through Logistics, or ensure the shelves of your local grocery store are stocked by Direct Store Delivery.

The Associate Supply Chain Analyst is accountable for performing duties related to extracting data from multiple systems, creating both standardized and custom reports, conducting quantitative analysis, providing executive summaries and ensuring data integrity. The analyst will be a key support role for analyzing business results and tracking key targets for the Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and various other departments. This individual will also aid with research and resolve analysis of sales reporting, sales forecasting, systems functionality, as well as ad hoc analysis.

Core Responsibilities

Create Custom Reports

  • Accountable for gathering, analyzing, validating data and calling out "opportunities".

  • Publishes various daily, weekly and monthly reports to Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.

  • Creates, analyzes and publishes KPI dashboards.

  • Provides customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives.

  • Generates ad hoc reporting for individuals up to Executive Leadership.

Data Integrity

  • Accountable for verifying data accuracy coming from SAP, BI and various other tools.

  • Gathers data, verifies accuracy and escalates discrepancies to Masterfiles, IT, etc.

Training/SPOC

  • Facilitates training of reporting tools to members across the various departments.

  • Accountable for collaborating with other Analysts and starting an Analyst Reporting '101" Book - which will include a curriculum for new and existing team members.

  • Single point of contact for various reports.

    • Solicits, and assesses feedback on various reports in order to make necessary changes

Other

  • Accountable for the management of our Broker contracts and commission

  • Communicates fully with supervisors and "key" stakeholders. Communicates in a way that is timely, yet prompt; complete, yet concise; candid, yet accurate; and clear, yet responsive.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Company will consider a currently enrolled college student with an anticipated graduation by end of current school year as qualified.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily excel. - Strong mathematical aptitude, preferred.

  • SAP experience, preferred.

  • Knowledge of supply chain process flow and customer relations from a supply chain perspective.

  • Aptitude to collaborate with cross functional teams in a complex matrix organization to promote productivity and enhance supply chain overall functions.

  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with experience involving customer contact, problem resolution, and related product knowledge.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
