Job Description The Program Manager supports the Health Plan Governance & Performance Management (G&PM) team by coordinating programs, organizing workflows, tracking progress across initiatives, and ensuring operational routines run smoothly. This role helps bring structure, discipline, and clarity to Health Plan activities - particularly those tied to Medical Economics, performance management, and readiness for executive reviews.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes are evolving.
