Salary: $42.09-45.16 Hourly

- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
- Be able to be flexible with work scheduling, including the ability to work weekends.
What You'll Do:
- Securely handle and accurately record payments collected at the point-of-service delivery.
- Develop a foundational understanding of various health insurance coverage options and their related processes and procedures.
- Address routine patient escalations and perform service recovery with professionalism and empathy.
- Escalate advanced or complex registrations to more experienced team members for resolution.
- Greet patients warmly and initiate the registration process, maintaining professional communication with staff, medical professionals, guests, and patients through telephone, email, or in-person contact.
- Meet weekly individual productivity and key performance indicators and standards, adhering to departmental priorities.
- Provide excellent customer service to all individuals encountered.
- Undertake a combination of responsibilities across all areas of patient access service operations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to speak and write effectively at a level appropriate for the job.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems and software used in a functional area.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, including various insurance types and health programs.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.09 - $45.16 an hour.
