The Commercialization Specialist enables the commercialization team to operate efficiently by removing tactical workload from managers and ensuring executional accuracy across systems and processes. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, supporting customer requirements, and improving overall speed to market. By ensuring consistency in execution, the Specialist reduces risk, enhances cross-functional coordination, and supports successful product launches. Responsibilities Commercialization Specialist Massillon, OH (Hybrid Schedule) The Commercialization Specialist supports the execution of commercialization projects by owning tactical workflows, documentation, and system updates required to successfully bring products to market. This role focuses on enabling project teams by managing critical details including sample coordination, technical data updates, artwork compliance, and customer portal maintenance. The Specialist ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across systems while supporting Commercialization Managers in delivering launches Right-On-Time-In-Full (ROTIF). Your seat at the table:
