A Day in the Life: The primary role of the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is to support the overall leadership and strategic direction of the reliability function. This position reports to the Plant Reliability Excellence Manager and is responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient use of all manpower, materials, parts, and other resources within their scope. The role also contributes to optimizing capacity, improving asset reliability, and achieving the lowest total life cycle cost for plant operations. This position oversees the day-to-day supervision of the facility's electrical maintenance activities. With routine guidance, the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for implementing and managing the systems, organizational structure, and processes necessary to achieve and sustain reliability objectives. Through strong leadership, this role fosters a proactive culture built on open communication and trust, emphasizing reliability, operational efficiency, and effective life cycle asset management What You'll Be Doing:
