POSITION SUMMARY: The Product Marketing Manager - Cardiac Surgery is responsible for marketing and lifecycle management of Concomitant Surgical Ablation products. The role leads cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, support new product and clinical program expansion, and optimize full product lifecycle performance. The Product Marketing Manager partners closely with Sales, R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Finance to ensure effective commercialization, compliance, and sustained growth. This individual serves as a key voice of the customer and business leader, influencing strategy, representing Product Marketing on cross-functional teams, and driving innovative solutions to complex challenges across the franchise. This role requires mastery-level market and clinical knowledge, including active engagement in surgical cases with sales partners to deeply understand therapy adoption, clinical workflows, and customer needs ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
