You will experience a strong emphasis on Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles, professional growth, and cross team collaboration.We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in software development (3+ years hands-on experience) combined with 3+ years of experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer. The RTE will serve as a servant leader, coach, and program-level facilitator who ensures alignment, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple agile teams. A deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is essential to effectively guide teams, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable delivery of features and releases. Your Impact
