About the candidate The successful candidate is a relationship-driven leader who excels at influencing outcomes across complex organizational and supplier landscapes. This role is the business-facing leader responsible for supplier performance, governance, value delivery, and stakeholder alignment. They are highly skilled at building credibility with senior leaders, managing difficult conversations, navigating competing priorities, and fostering accountability through data-driven reporting, scorecards, and executive communications. Success in this role requires strong communication and influencing capabilities, an ability to manage complex internal and external relationships, and a proven track record of driving supplier performance, commercial outcomes, and value realization through collaboration and governance. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder management expertise to ensure suppliers deliver against operational, service, risk, and business objectives while strengthening long-term partnerships.
