Primary Purpose
The Production Engineering Supervisor provides technical leadership and operational oversight for the production engineering team, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely approval of all production analyses, calculations, and reports. This role is accountable for guiding daytoday production planning activities, offering expert advice, and resolving complex production challenges to support stable and optimized facility operations. In addition, the Supervisor develops and implements strategies, procedures, work plans, and training programs that strengthen team capability and ensure consistent production engineering excellence. The position collaborates closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering Services, Marine, Commercial Operations, and other corporate stakeholders to align production planning, enhance communication flow, and support the safe, reliable, and sustainable achievement of facility production targets, regulatory requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Duties and Responsibilities * Generate and Review and validate the daily feed gas requirements for the facility. * Generate and approve short term, medium term and long-term production forecasts for commercial business requirements. * Assist and lead production engineering in Annual Delivery Plan. * Approve Daily Energy Balance and all monthly and daily production reports. * Create improvement strategies and production reports for the management * Lead interactions with commercial operations, gas supply, finance, marketing, risk and all other corporate stakeholders for smooth communication network between site and corporate. * Lead the production budget and planning process. * Develop and implement production engineering standards and procedures. * Manage the facility Chemical and Refrigerant requirements, by utilizing appropriate measures and tools to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the facility. * Identify and recommend processes to improve operational efficiencies, reduce LAUF (Loss and unaccounted for), manage overtime, and increase safety performance. * The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list, and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time, or the scope of the necessitation by business demands * Other duties as assigned | |
