WhatYou'llWork On:

  • Support the development and enhancement of secure enterprise applications, automation tools, and workflows on AWS Cloud.

  • Build and refine automation using scripting languages such as Python or Bash to improve repeatability and operational efficiency.

  • Assistwith deployment validation, configuration assessments, patching workflows, and release readiness across enterprise environments.

  • Troubleshoot and analyze system, application, and network issues, contributing to rootcause analysis and reliability improvements.

  • Stand up isolated test environments tovalidateconfiguration changes, ensure interoperability, and support rollback planning.

  • Monitor logs, telemetry, and systemhealth indicators toidentifyrisks, guide remediation, and support continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional engineering, cybersecurity, and mission teams, contributing to a culture anchored in values, clarity, and impact as reflected in Booz Allen's employeeexperience initiatives.

  • Document technical procedures, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and operational standards to support continuity and team readiness.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with cloud environments such as AWS

  • 2+ years of experience with programming languages including Python, Ansible, Bash, and JavaScript

  • 2+ years of experience supporting CI/CD orDevSecOpsaligned build, release, or configuration management

  • Experience troubleshooting across systems, networks, or application layers

  • Ability to interpret logs, metrics, and telemetry toidentifyissues and support datadriven resolution

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and aligned with Booz Allen's valuesdriven delivery culture

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with cloud environments, programming languages, and supporting CI/CD or DevSecOpsaligned build, release, or configuration management or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering and 3+ years of experience with cloud environments, programming languages, and supporting CI/CD or DevSecOpsaligned build, release, or configuration management

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Agilemethodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, or software products

  • Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloudnative engineering patterns

  • Experience conducting security testing or supporting compliance frameworks such as NIST 80053 and ISO 27001

  • Experience producing technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides for operational teams

  • Cloud Certification such as AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
