The Renewals Specialist plays a key role in managing and optimizing our subscription accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role involves renewing, up-selling, and closing high-volumerenewals with upcoming expirations to drive revenue for assigned accounts. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to maintain an accurate pipeline, ensuring effective forecasting and achieving highrenewal rates, all while delivering exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and service to our customers.
