The Event Plan & Vndr Mgmt Spec o versees all aspects of event planning from inception through execution. Provides management and operationaloversight of all marketing vendors JOB FUNCTIONS Manages all facets off-site meetings including event planning, vendor coordination, materials, attendeeregistration, transportation, accommodations, meals, and technology if required Implements an event strategy to achieve financial, operational, and outreach objectives Manages budgets and ensures that events stay within cost projections Develops marketing collateral including the design, pagination, and distribution of materials Oversees gamification of platform management, EMR/E-referral user management, and marketing distributionservices Manages marketing electronic contact channels and coordinates inquiries and issues resolution Manages marketing vendors including credentialing, selection issue resolution, and termination Works with leadership to facilitate executive of Lincare Sales Training responsibilities Education Bachelor'sDegreein business or related field, Required Work Experience 2-3 years Marketing or business related, Required 1 or more years in special event planning, Preferred 1 or more years previous vendor management, Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints effectively plan and execute events multitask and communicate with multiple vendors and decision makers define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions manage budgets and ensure events stay within budgeted range compile and manage contact information of both internal and external stakeholders Lincare offers employees a variety of competitive benefits that include ongoing training and advancement opportunities.
