Position Summary The Financial Controller oversees most aspects of general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation, including coordination of month-end close operations and financial audits. This position is also responsible for tax compliance and treasury operations. The Financial Controller leverages both technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support the company's financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. Job Duties
Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or relevant field is required. Master's degree is preferred. Experience Requirements A minimum of seven years of accounting experience (i.e., general ledger, tax, treasury, cash) is required. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Additional requirements of this position include:
Tools Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills), SAP required, HRIS Systems. Licenses/Certifications CPA/CMA certification is required. Working Conditions Typical office environment with some travel between buildings and to other locations required.
