Operations Quality Technician (Temporary)
Join a growing medical device manufacturer and play a key role in delivering high-quality products that improve lives. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals seeking hands-on experience in quality assurance, inspection, and manufacturing operations within a regulated production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records using electronic systems.
  • Support compliance with GMP, GDP, GLP, and company quality procedures.
  • Verify calibration status of inspection and measurement equipment.
  • Assist with quality audits, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and report quality concerns, discrepancies, or process deviations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing and cleanroom environment.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to support production goals.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Experience in medical device, laboratory, manufacturing, or quality inspection environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, microscopes, tensile testers, or other measurement tools is a plus.


Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to inspect small components and labels with attention to detail.
