Operations Quality Technician (Temporary) Join a growing medical device manufacturer and play a key role in delivering high-quality products that improve lives. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals seeking hands-on experience in quality assurance, inspection, and manufacturing operations within a regulated production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records using electronic systems. Support compliance with GMP, GDP, GLP, and company quality procedures. Verify calibration status of inspection and measurement equipment. Assist with quality audits, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and report quality concerns, discrepancies, or process deviations. Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing and cleanroom environment. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to support production goals. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic math skills and proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English. Experience in medical device, laboratory, manufacturing, or quality inspection environments preferred. Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, microscopes, tensile testers, or other measurement tools is a plus. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Lift up to 20 pounds as needed. Ability to inspect small components and labels with attention to detail.
