As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Rover in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols and a primarily driving post to help support a secure environment. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, respond to alarms when needed, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront perimeters, parking areas, and/or other assigned sections of the location.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or unauthorized access, and report observations according to post instructions.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and/or directional support while helping to deter unwanted activity through a visible presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
