As a Security Officer Visitor Screening Clearance Required in Palm Bay, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aero/defense location where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support access control operations that help promote a secure environment. In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, badge verification protocols, and other security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate.
• Maintain required logs, visitor records, and incident documentation related to access control activity, deliveries, and/or personnel movement.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for security-related concerns and reporting issues according to post procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
