*Job Description*
* Provide excellent customer service to patients using sleep PAP and other DME equipment * Deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment in patient homes, including oxygen systems * Educate customers on the proper use, care, and maintenance of respiratory and HME equipment * Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, including urgent/emergency situations * Complete accurate patient visit documentation and reports following setup and follow-ups * Maintain inventory and ensure all equipment deliveries meet service goals and timelines * Process orders accurately and in a timely manner * Promote company products and services to referral sources within the community * Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs * Conduct patient assessments and re-assessments as needed * Ensure complete and accurate documentation for reimbursement purposes * Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle * Participate in on-call rotation as required * Travel throughout the service area to support patient needs *Qualifications* * Valid IN DL * Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 75-85 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs * Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and handling of equipment * Daily travel between warehouse and patient homes * Possible exposure to hazardous materials, loud environments, and extreme temperature * Must be able to access patient residences independently *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, IN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr.
