Location: Fahrman Center - Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan Schedule: Two weekdays, 2:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., plus every other weekend Base Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour Shift Differentials:
Make a Difference Every Day Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking a part-time Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Fahrman Center. Fahrman Center is a 42-bed residential treatment facility providing substance use treatment and restorative justice services for adults in a supportive, recovery-focused environment. As an Adult Residential Support Professional, you'll provide guidance, supervision, and compassionate support to residents while helping create a safe, structured environment that promotes recovery and personal growth. Please Note: Due to contractual requirements with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Fahrman Center must have one male and one female staff member on duty at all times. The current opening requires a female staff member to ensure contractual staffing requirements are met. Work Environment This position is based in a residential treatment setting and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and using stairs. Employees may assist with outdoor resident activities and seasonal property maintenance. Local travel may be required to transport residents and support program operations.
